Cultured Stone, or stone veneer, is a popular new trend in home design, Cultured stone offers an attractive way to add character and curb appeal to your home. It can replicate the same look as natural stone but at a fraction of the cost and provides an attractive compliment to the exterior facade of your home.
Cultured Stone is molded from lightweight pieces of aggregate, Portland cement, or real stones. Each piece is carefully crafted to achieve the desired look of natural stone. The color of cultured stone will not fade because iron oxide pigments are blended into the mixture during the molding process. It’s lightweight characteristics eliminate the need for foundational supports such as wall ties or footings that are typically required with natural stone installations, making it less costly to install than natural stone.
Adding stone to accentuate architectural features of the home creates a rich, “old world” look. See our gallery below of stone facing in Bridgewater, NJ, vinyl siding in Hillsborough, NJ, replacement windows in Readington, NJ and cultured stone work in Annandale, NJ.
